Tim Hortons in Vancouver Island

North Nanaimo Timmies has the worst service! 50/50 chance your order will be right! They should add seating for waiting customers, service is horribly slow

Pretty slow service but good ice cap!

Attitude from servers in drivethrough window, errors regularly in orders, always short on food and sides

It's pretty bad when the donuts and bagel you order are so stale that even your kids wont touch them. Nothing new at this location! Maybe try again in 6 months but usually somewhat dissatisfied.

Worst service of the three in town and usually give me the wrong thing.

They don’t even deserve 1 star , worst customer service + giving old potato veggies , uncooked cheese panini’s, completely waste of money.

Basically just a drive through Timmy's. Tried to go in and order, service was very slow, the priority was definitely getting the people outside in their vehicles through as quick as possible. No bathroom. :(

Terrible I waited in the drive through to order. I spent 20 min waiting then when I went to pay, I only had a hundred. They would not excepted it ended up leaving with my grandson crying. I then went to McDonald's where they made my grandson smile.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 min before someone came out as said the interact was down. No comps offered, left feeling deflated. Still love Timmies though.

not the same taste .as other tim hortons .ive had so many bad ones there .I will be going to the johnstone rd. one even though it is farther to drive.not sure how they can screw up the taste so bad

Pretty good service, it can get really busy which is challenging sometimes. Staff are pretty friendly and chipper.

This Tim is much better that the big one on Jhonston Port Alberni. Very nice service in the small one

Great place for donuts, but that's about all I like about this place, don't like the drinks nor sandwiches, but the donuts make up for that

Tim Hortons was an amazing experience for this USAian. It feels like a neighborhood gathering place, and breakfast is cheap and not too bad for you! Visited here almost every morning before scuba diving various shipwrecks and things around the area. An absolute mint! The BLT and coffee with a hash brown is the way to go!

Should be made to pay for the persons order you budged in front of....Everyone knows it is alternating.....left right Or made to do another curle around the line line Or donate to camping for kids for budging in the line

Old wedges. Wrong drink. It really is a hit or a miss when I order from this location. Possibly one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I've ever been to. Train your employees better!!

The coffee is hot and the cups are lotto, what could be better! (Note, cups are not always lotto, and coffee is not always hot)

My food was a bit burn but still tasted great. A store in general was a bit small to say though

Can be a bit busy and tricky to move around but other then that it's great

I go almost everyday for my morning coffee. This location is mainly a drive through. Walking? Stop in for a refreshment to go. No inside tables so no bathroom. There is a 7-11 across the street for those of you who need a restroom. Love this place :)

Dying brand... timmies used to be Canada’s coffee shop now they’re a soulless Corp that sells cheap factory food and hiring foreign workers over locals

When u are confronted with a manager who thinks shes Beyonce. Tells you she has completed your order and STILL gests it wrong.... Sheesh. The oatmeal they served me was like it had been re heated after soaking in dishwater...... You have issues..... It seems i need to find a new coffee shop to use.... Since the other Tims on Johnson is ok with Staff putting swastikas in the sandwiches they make. If i could give these two Tims a ZERO it would be too much.

4 of out 5 stars just based on customer service. Usually pretty good service here. Drinks and food is hit and miss - if I based the stars on that then it would be much lower. I like the steeped tea or London Fogs from Tim's, not so much the coffee or anything else.

For the most part, a typical Tim Hortons. Actually thought this breakfast sandwich had very good visual appeal. Tastes the same as every other Tims. The store is small - no inside seating. Mostly just for drive through. Its the Tims to go to on this side of town.

The owner has No sense of humor I won't and haven't spent one dime since they refused to serve me they seem to think asking for a materdaddy is inappropriate humor if they were smart they would have made something up called it a matterDaddy and charge me $ for it
